Prayer Meetings at New Horizon are open for everyone to attend and are held in the Prayer Tent next to the main Pavilion. Please do join us as we seek God's blessing on all the activities - come when you can, leave when you need to.

Prayer Topics

Now that New Horizon 2010 is over, give thanks that God met with us in powerful ways all over the campus and answered prayers beyond what we could have imagined!

  • As we give thanks for all that our speakers brought to us, we want to continue to pray for Ben & Gloria Kwashi who minister in such a difficult situation in Jos, Nigeria, as well as for Chris Wright and Stephen Gaukroger.
  • Give thanks for all of those who became Christians ‐ adults, young people and children.
  • Give thanks for those who responded to what God was saying to them and took the opportunity to make commitments before the Lord.
  • Pray for all of those young people who, in response to the call of God, dedicated themselves to lives of purity.
  • Pray for all of those who stepped forward in response to the call of God and committed themselves to make a difference where God has placed them.
  • Pray that now we are all back to our daily lives, we will not forget what God said to us ‐ nor what we said to God ‐ but that we will go on to be transformed and to be transformers for God!
  • Pray for each of the seminar speakers as they return to their own spheres of work and service.
  • Pray for the Board as they make strategic plans regarding the future of New Horizon.
  • Pray for the Management Team as they begin to plan for 2011, God willing.

Devote yourselves to prayer with an alert mind and a thankful heart. (Colossians 4:2)
